Make sure the Include subfolders box is checked and see if the driver installs that way. Select the 'Browse my computer for drivers' option and browse to the driver folder you unzipped. I have zipped that driver up and attached it below. I have one other suggestion.I found a W10 AR3011 Bluetooth driver on the Microsoft Update catalog website. Unfortunately, you may not be able to resolve the problem. Sorry that the Bluetooth driver didn't work.
